Key Features of Strong3000 Box Type Ovens:
Ground-Level Rail Trolley System: The oven floor is designed exactly at the same level as your factory floor. This allows heavy and bulky parts to be easily and smoothly transferred from external loading trolleys to the rails inside the oven without straining human labor.
Interlocking Sandwich Panel Insulation: The oven body consists of special interlocking sandwich panels that completely eliminate thermal bridges. Thanks to the 150 mm thick, high-density (rock wool and glass wool blend) insulation, the 200°C heat inside the oven does not escape. Maximum efficiency is achieved with minimum fuel.
Bottom-Up Homogeneous Air Circulation: Considering the principle that hot air rises, hot air is blown inside through adjustable louvers (ducts) on the oven floor and extracted from ceiling ducts. This guarantees no color or gloss difference (yellowing) between the bottom and top of the workpiece.
High-Performance Thermoblock and Exhaust System: The combustion chamber (heat exchanger), made of special alloy stainless steel, rapidly distributes the heat generated by the burner into the oven. The gases formed during curing are safely expelled from the oven by a time-adjusted exhaust fan, preventing the paint surface from dulling.
Smart Time and Temperature Control (Digital Panel): Once your process begins, the oven quickly reaches the set temperature, maintains it consistently via the digital thermostat, and when the set curing time is complete, it alerts the operator audibly/visually and automatically puts the system on standby.
