Heavy-Duty Refractory Insulation: While the internal wall temperature reaches 850°C, the outer surface of the oven remains at ambient temperature. This performance is achieved through high-density ceramic fiber blankets and special fire-resistant (refractory) brick arrangements. Heat loss is virtually zero.
Fully Automatic Guillotine Door System: To keep heat escapes to an absolute minimum and prioritize operator safety, vertically operating pneumatic or motorized guillotine door systems are utilized. Once the door is closed, the oven provides complete air-tightness.

Smart PLC and Recipe Management: Different firing curves (ramp times) are required depending on the part’s thickness and the type of enamel. You can create unlimited recipes via the touch-screen PLC, fully automating the heating, holding, and cooling phases of the oven.
