High-Efficiency Thermoblock (Heating) Unit: The heart of the oven, the thermoblock unit, consists of a combustion chamber and heat exchanger tubes made of special alloy stainless steel (AISI 309/310). Operating with natural gas, LPG, or diesel proportional burners, it brings the air inside the oven to the required regime in the shortest time with minimum fuel.

Perfect Insulation and Low Heat Loss: The oven panels are insulated with above-standard (150 mm thick) high-density rock wool and glass wool layers. While the inside operates at 200°C, the outer surface remains close to ambient temperature. Your energy does not escape into the air.

Smart Air Curtain Technology: To prevent heat escape from the open entry and exit doors, high-pressure air curtains are positioned at the oven openings. This system blocks cold outside air from entering while trapping the hot air inside the oven.

Flawless Temperature Homogeneity: The air heated in the thermoblock is blown inside through specially adjustable air ducts (louvers) placed on the oven floor or side walls. The maximum temperature difference between a part at the top and a part at the bottom is merely ±2°C; this 100% prevents color tone variations and yellowing.

Fully Automatic Conveyor Synchronization: The oven length and heating capacity are custom-projected (tailor-made) according to your facility’s conveyor speed and hourly product throughput capacity.
