Independent axis movement capability refers to the robot’s ability to control its up–down (vertical) and forward–back (longitudinal) axes separately. Because each axis can operate independently, the spray guns can be programmed with different speeds, distances, and angles; this results in more uniform coating of parts with complex geometries, reduced powder loss, and faster color changes.
