Strong3000 Color Center is an innovative system designed to optimize fast and efficient color change processes. This center allows the application of different powder coatings with minimal downtime. During the color change, powder that falls under the cyclone is combined with fresh powder and recycled into the system. This process reduces material waste and lowers production costs.

UniControl® Technology
UniControl®, developed by Strong3000, is an innovative single-screen management system. This technology allows for the control of all settings and operations of powder coating equipment directly from the color center's PLC screen. Critical parameters such as current, voltage, and air pressure can be easily managed with UniControl. Its user-friendly interface enables operators to make quick and effective adjustments, reducing errors and increasing efficiency in production processes. Managing all operations from a single screen saves time and maximizes operational efficiency.
Smart Alert® Technology
The Early Warning LED System used in the Strong3000 Color Center indicates standby mode with a white LED, emergency with a red LED, and smooth operation with a green LED. In the event of a system failure, if control cannot be regained through the PLC screen, the system automatically shuts down safely after a certain period. Additionally, it detects sudden air fluctuations and voltage drops, working in integration with Smart powder coating devices to alert the user and stop the system if necessary.

StrongOS is an advanced operating system used in Strong3000 powder coating facilities, enabling the integrated management of all equipment. This system allows for manual and automatic control of key equipment such as cyclones, robots, and the color center through a centralized interface.
