Powder Coating Injector Now Smarter
The air-controlled injector system is a unit that transports powder using Venturi/flow mechanics and precisely manages powder flow by controlling the main and auxiliary air separately. Air adjustments made directly on the gun allow real-time optimization for each gun, resulting in lower powder loss, more uniform coating, and faster color changes.
Artificial Intelligence, Now More Colorful
The Adaptive AI technology developed by STRONG3000 enables powder coating machines to adapt to their environment. The system analyzes coating operations performed at different times on the production line, as well as coating data coming from different regions or even different countries.
Adaptive AI also records and processes operators’ experiences. This way, the parameters are based not only on theoretical values but also on real field data. Critical factors such as ambient temperature, humidity, air pressure, powder type (epoxy, polyester, hybrid, enamel, etc.), and spray gun distance are continuously monitored.
As a result, the machine automatically optimizes itself according to the environmental conditions, provides accurate values to the operator, and continuously improves processes.
